Crisp green cabbage, fiery jalapeños and green peppers create a next level flavour bomb.
Our kraut is unpasteurised and wild fermented at our very own fermentery on the Matakana coast of NZ.
Serve with: Salads, on sandwiches, buddha bowls, tacos, soups, stews, meat, and just about anything.
Ingredients: Cabbage, green pepper, jalapeños, sea salt, alkaline water, garlic, vinegar, cane sugar.

Shelf Life / Storage Information:
Wildly Krauts and Kimchi are raw, living, wild fermented products and require refrigeration.
They can last a long time in your fridge if unopened. Once open, consume within a month.
They have an 8 month shelf life and can reach you with a best before date with 12 weeks to 7 months on it.
