Boarfish is a very beautiful fish. With a white, chunky, softer flesh, these fillets contain a higher oil and fat content. These fillets could be cooked in practically any way you would like. However, at Wildfish, we highly recommend a panfry and these fillets will be very tasty.

We have de-boned and taken the skin off these fillets to make it easy for you to enjoy at home.
