Fresh, vibrant and beautifully balanced, HiHi Chenin Blanc is a crisp Gisborne expression that delivers purity of fruit with subtle complexity. Bright aromas of Granny Smith apple lead the way, followed by a clean, refreshing palate with lively acidity and a smooth, rounded finish.

Sourced from an established vineyard in Manutuke and hand-harvested in excellent condition, this Chenin Blanc reflects both careful vineyard management and thoughtful winemaking. Barrel fermented and aged for seven months in seasoned French oak, the wine gains gentle texture and depth while retaining its natural freshness and clarity.

Light, precise and quietly layered, this is an easy-drinking yet refined white that will continue to develop over the next few years.
