Sourced from Glera grown on the cool, clay-sandstone hillsides of Veneto, this is classic, refined Italian fizz. Soft pressing, cool fermentation and the Martinotti-Charmat method preserve purity, lift and freshness.

The style sits firmly in the “balanced and sophisticated" camp - a gentle bouquet of peach, green apple and lilac leading to a clean, lively palate that’s made for celebrations, casual evenings and effortless entertaining.
