Gorgeous Shiraz Old Vine 2022

Silky, fragrant old-vine Shiraz from a Master of Wine — small batch, big character.

Crafted by Giles Cooke MW and his Thistledown team, this Shiraz comes from historic “soldier block" vineyards planted after the World Wars. Co-fermented with a touch of Zibibbo and Fiano to lift aromatics and texture, it’s a modern interpretation of Australian Shiraz: fragrant, polished, expressive.

Hand-picked from small parcels of old “’Soldier Block’ vines dating back to WWII, co-fermented in open vats, with the Italian white grape Fiano for fragrance and elegance.
