The Opportunist is crafted from fruit grown by Langhorne Creek stalwarts Brett Cleggett and George Borrett. Their old vineyards sit on sandy loams over clay, naturally hydrated by winter floods and sustainable cover-crop farming.

Fruit here is picked early for energy and freshness, then fermented with plenty of whole berries to boost vibrancy. Eight months on oak rounds the edges and deepens the varietal expression. The result: a modern, juicy Shiraz with lift, spice and silky richness.
