Organic Sunflower Seeds - Wisefoods Refillery

Nutritious seeds, harvested from organically grown sunflowers.

Supplied in a cello bag, from our bakery refillery. Pop them into an airtight container when you receive them and store in a cool, dark place.

Mix a tablespoon of seeds into your home-baked OMGoodness loaf batter before popping it into the fridge overnight for a burst of nutritious, activated goodness. Super tasty sprinkled on top of the loaf and roasted as well :)

Enjoy raw or roasted, on their own or mixed with other nuts, seeds and dried fruits for a deliciously crunchy scroggin. Mix them through homemade granola or muesli. Add to crackers, muffins, energy balls and baking. Lightly toast them to add flavour as a crunchy salad or hot dish topper. Ground sunflower seeds can also be added to homemade falafel or veggie burger patties, or used to crumb fish, meat or eggplant.
