Competition Lot EF2 Natural

 

This competition lot was grown by Felipe Arcila on his farm Jardines Del Eden. Located in Quindo, Colombia.

This micro-lot is 100% Papayo. This varietal is a rare mutation that took place in Acevedo, Hulia. Ripe cherries turn orange in colour and the shape is similar to a Papaya.

The coffee has been exposed to a dry aerobic fermentation of 24 hours before being placed inside Grainpro bags for 50 hours at a tempreture below 22°c. The cherries were then placed on raised beds until 11% moisture content was achieved.
