Whole Ham (bone in)

All our hams come from free range pigs born and bred in New Zealand. They are guaranteed free range for the entirety of their lives and therefore build excellent muscle structures which become great tasting meat.

Hams are available in Whole or Half cuts and are all naturally Manuka smoked to give a gentle smoked flavour. All our hams still have the bone in them to ensure the full flavour of the meat is transferred to your dinner table. The ham will arrive cooked. We recommend you leave hams in their vacuum packaging until you are ready to use

- Half Ham - about 4kg. Serving approx 30-35 generous slices
