For athletes with most or all permanent (adult) teeth.

Important Fit Note:

- Guide Only: Please note that these sizes are provided as a guide only. Because dental development varies, some younger athletes with a larger dental arch may require a Senior size, while some older athletes may prefer the fit of a Junior size.
- Safety & Comfort: A correctly fitted mouth guard should stay in place comfortably without needing to be held by the tongue or bitten down on constantly.

Care & Maintenance

- Daily Clean: After each use, rinse thoroughly with cool tap water. Gently brush all surfaces using a separate, soft-bristled toothbrush and a small amount of mild, non-abrasive, alcohol-free soap.
- Deep Clean: Weekly, soak the mouthguard for 15-30 minutes in a diluted mouthwash (alcohol-free) or in a mixture of 1 part white vinegar to 3 parts water. Rinse thoroughly afterwards.
- Crucial Rule: DO NOT boil the mouthguard after the initial fitting, as it will warp its shape. DO NOT use harsh chemicals, bleach, or alcohol-based cleaners. Air dry completely before storing in its ventilated case.
