-Traditional Japanese broth with a beautiful "Umami" flavour.

-It can be diluted by up to 16 times.

-The natural broth is produced with selected bonito flakes, shiitake mushrooms and kelp.

-Seasoned with Organic White Soy Sauce which gives a richer taste than regular soy sauce without darkening the colour of the ingredients.

-Ideal for soups, stews, dressings, dipping sauce for tempura/noodles.
