Barre & Brew at the Park - Feb 2

 

Join us for an energising Barre-inspired Pilates class focused on sculpting and strengthening your lower body and core. Suitable for all levels, this class is designed to leave you feeling strong, uplifted, and ready to take on the week! ☀️

We’ll be joined by Sarah from The Pilates Room, who will guide us through a 45-minute Barre-inspired Pilates session. Breathe in the fresh air, soak up the sunshine, and enjoy the beautiful greenery and roses of Seddon Park as you move to the beat of the music.

After class, refuel with great coffee and even better conversation.

This class is beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels. However, please note that due to the class being outside a studio, we may not be able to accommodate for those with injuries that require props or equipment for assistance.

We have a limited number of pilates mats - please remember to bring your pilates mats.
In the case of bad weather, the event will be postponed to February 9. If you cannot attend that day, please let us know to receive full refund.
