Sustainably crafted durum pasta. Slow-dried, bronze cut perfection.

Monty & Sons' pasta is made from 100% New Zealand–grown, Durum wheat, an ancient grain perfectly suited to the sunny Wairarapa Plains. Grown by the Wairarapa Grains Collective using no-till, regenerative methods, it helps rebuild soil health, reduce emissions, and protect the land we love.

We have 2 of their pasta varieties available: Fusilli and Short Rigatoni.

Available in quantities of 160g-640g, packaged in our reusable jars.

Recommended serving size: 80g (approximately 1 cup).

Cooking instructions: add pasta to a pot of water at a rolling boil with a generous pinch of salt. Stir well and cook until 'al dente' - 'firm to the bite' !

Recommended cooking times:
- Fusilli: 6-7 minutes
- Short Rigatoni: 12-13 minutes
