TONZU original tofu is still made today in the same traditional Japanese style using gut friendly nigari and whole ground organic soybeans.

Naturally derived from sea salt, curding agent Nigari gives the tofu its medium/firm texture, making it more digestible and very versatile.

It can be fried, scrambled, baked, barbecued and even blends into a creamy texture for smoothies cakes and more!

We will send Tonzu Tofu in large chunks, submerged in water, in our reusable glass jars in quantities of 300g.

Ingredients: Certified organic activated whole soybeans, filtered water, natural coagulant pure nigari (as traditionally used in Japan). Contains SOY.
