To celebrate a decade of sake brewing in Queenstown, New Zealand, the Zenkuro team is thrilled to unveil a truly limited-edition release — a sake as layered and distinctive as the craftsmanship behind it.

We’ve named it 十 (pronounced "Juu" or simply "10"), a modest title for a sake that is anything but ordinary.

This exceptional creation is crafted exclusively from the middle extraction of our traditional drip press, blending the finest Junmai Daiginjo from our best vintages , spanning from 2015 to 2025. The result? A sake that embodies the heart and soul of a decade of dedication.

Enjoy it now, paired with your favourite dish, poured into your finest glass, and served at a crisp 10–15°C. Or, tuck it away in a cool, dark place and watch it evolve into something truly extraordinary for that special moment.
