Sauce Gribiche Zlaty Food Solutions

Personally I love this sauce with poached or grilled shellfish and with the classic Kiwi fish and chips. Other Modern variations may see sauce gribiche paired with vegetables too, such as asparagus and vegetable crudites as a dip.
