Vintage Fruit Growers Packing Charts

Two rare Sapich Brothers Estate, card board packers charts, produced by the Fruitgrowers' Federation in 1970 to guide orchardists in packing their apples and pears for export. One for Apples, one for Pears.

These charts measure 500mm x 245mm. They have a rich patina and are certainly showing their age and no doubt the heavy usage they endured, during the golden age of orcharding in the Oratia valley, Waitakere, West Auckland.

Brilliant pieces of West Auckland nostalgia for the right setting, be it a man cave, a pub or simply as part of a broader collection of memorabilia. They could frame up superbly too.

Good condition, marked, some tears and mass foxing!
