Sno Creme - the best vegetable fat in our minds to make beautiful tasting buttercream icing everytime.

Use in place of butter for making American style buttercream which is pure white, or half and half with butter to create a more stable buttercream during hot temperatures.

Also useful in place of cornstarch when rolling out fondant to prevent sticking.
