Garcima Carbon-Steel Paella Pan

Carbon steel Paella Pan, heavy Polished Steel. Made in Valencia, Spain. These paella pans are made from raw uncoated steel which requires careful use and care to ensure it lasts a lifetime. The more you use the pan the better it becomes as it builds up a lovely patina. Please note the pan will darken and alter in colour with use.

NB: These paella pans are not suitable for induction hobs, please see the induction-capable paella pans.
