Whole Bavette (Trimmed)

Bavette is a highly flavourful, loosely textured flat cut of meat taken from the abdominal muscles of the animal. It's tender, succulent, rich, flavourful, and, most importantly - delicious. Great to Smoke, We cooked this cut at Meatstock and it received great response from attendees.

胸侧腹肉，也常被称为「牛五花」，油脂风味浓厚油花细腻。通常切薄片做牛肉盖饭，烤肉或是成火锅片都很适合。
