Colombia: El Paraiso Washed Tabi

A washed Tabi grown by Jorge Osorio in his farm El Paraiso, Colombia. This washed coffee presents itself as a clean cup with strong hints of raisins at the start of the experience, developing into a deeper sweetness and stickier mouthfeel as it cools down, very reminiscent of maple syrup, with a lingering clean and familiar florality like a warm cup of chamomile tea.
