Dough scraper NZ made

NZ made stainless steel dough scraper.

I think making bread is a low tech craft- so I don't advocate for a lot of equipment. However, I use this dough scraper all the time for dividing and handling dough as well as scraping down containers and my bench at clean up time.

I love that it is made just down the road in Dunedin.

Dishwasher safe.

One side polished, one side matte finish.
