Dory Fillets Frozen

EATING Dory is a white fish with fine flakes, and is suitable for most cooking methods. This frozen Dory is skinless, boneless and frozen in free-flow bags.

STORING Store in the freezer until you’re ready to use it. It's best defrosted in the fridge. If you're short on time, submerge the sealed bag in in water that's a bit cooler than room temperature. Change the water every 20-30 minutes and weight the fish down so it's fully submerged in the water (not bobbing about).
