Turf ‘n’ Surf Sauce

EATING Chef Al Brown has done it again with this all-purpose sauce. Try it on grilled fish, steamed vegetables and slather it on sandwiches. Chicken gives it the thumbs up, and of course, fish burgers will love it. This sauce is equal parts creamy and tangy with a little crunch of dill pickles.
