EATING Yellowfin Tuna has a slightly sweet, mild flavour and a firm meat-like texture and appearance. Our frozen tuna is suitable for sashimi or marinated raw fish for a day or two after defrost. Our tuna is supplied as one loin piece, and is not portioned. A standard serving of protein for a hungry adult at dinner time is 150g-200g, if you’re wondering how much to order. Just like meat, bring your fish up to room temperature before cooking for best results.

STORING Store in the freezer for up to 12 months (but ideally less) and defrost prior to cooking or consuming.
