Pāua (Abalone) Mince Frozen

EATING Rich and salty, the taste of New Zealand Pāua is uniquely delicious. Our minced frozen Pāua is packed in a 200g pot, and is perfect for our Pāua fritters (recipe link below). Our Pāua mince product includes the skirt.

STORING Store our frozen minced Pāua in the freezer until you're ready to use it. It's best defrosted in the fridge. If you're short on time, pop submerge the sealed container in water that's a bit cooler than room temperature. Change the water every 20-30 minutes and weight the Paua down so it's fully submerged in the water (not bobbing about).
