The 2022 Chorey-lès-Beaune Village comes from the Domaine's six hectares affected by the hail in June. It has to shake off a bit of reduction on the nose. The bouquet offers black cherries mixed with raspberry coulis. The palate is very smooth on the entry, with fine tannins and pastille-like purity, with a dash of white pepper on the chocolate-tinged finish.
