Fresh, direct but still discrete – though very pure. Hmm, more chiselled, more fluid, more intensity to these flavours, and the riper, extra fresh, fruit is apparent. This is a major step forward vs how the Echézeaux presents today. There is some greatness here – a wine that is very much worth following. The finish continues to impress as I walk to my car…
