Light, dry, fresh and simple, the grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness, then de-stemmed before direct pressing. Solis Lumen Rosé has a pretty pale pink colour with a nose of red fruits and citrus. Biodynamic & Organic.
"Very pale apricot blush with a tangy-fruit nectarine, white peach nose. Sweet summer fruits on the palate - a touch of citrus to balance. Also a juicy style but with a crisp and limey finish - the citrus notes making it a very refreshing style."

This really does smell like sweet rhubarb-flavoured hard candy and raspberry. Light, dry, fresh and simple. Very much a 'swimming pool' rosé!
