Assailly, Champagne Rosé (Grand Cru)

A beautiful rose-scented and delicate Rosé from 100% organic winemakers Pascal & Vincent Assailly in Avize. The Rosé is blended from 87% Chardonnay sourced from their grand cru vineyards with the addition of 13% organic Pinot Noir. Displays a very fine bead and ripe yet dry finish. Delicately balanced with a lovely crisp mouth-feel. Light on it's feet too, at 12% Alc - so perfect for a midday splash and lighter foods.
