Champagne Assailly, Cuvée du Patron (Non-Vintage)

The Champagne Assailly is a delicious and refreshing style. From the Assailly-Leclaire family in Avize (established in 1899) this is 100% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and is a Grand Cru wine. It is elegant, with a lovely fine bead, biscuity flavours and lots of finesse. Very drinkable.
