Ethiopian Chelchele
Habtamu Abera began growing coffee in the Dedub region of Gedeb in 2016. Over time, he managed to acquire a washing station, becoming a point of reference for may other producers and one of the main washing stations in the Chelchele area.
The coffee is pulped and fermented in tanks for 36-40 hours before being washed and sun-dried.
Tastes Like: Notes of citrus, apricot and flower. Aftertaste of caramel and dark chocolate.
