Very complex aromas of baked cherry tart, warm earth, mushrooms and wild herbs slightly dried in the sun. Seriously complex palate of rose water, bitter cherry that is ripe black and savoury, a long steely feel of the mountains. An afficionados wine that honours the legacy of Mike Weersing.
