VDO Aluminium fuel sender flange Weld-on

Brand NEW VDO Aluminum CNC machined fuel sender flange.

Designed to fit into a 2.5" / 63.5mm hole saw cut hole with blind m5 threads so no fuel vapor will bypass the sender.

Has small center drill for flange orientation.
Comes with 5x M5x12 Button Head Cap Screws

Will fit VDO fuel senders utilizing 2 1/8" or 53.975mm bolt pattern and some aftermarket senders utilizing this same pattern (Aeroflow, proflow )

4mm thick top section for a good fillet weld with a radius edge above so the weld doesn't burn into the gasket flange
