Collection item - Easter Eggs!! 🐣

 

PLEASE READ THE COLLECTION INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE ORDERING YOUR EGG 🥚

This years Easter egg is inspired by one of my guilty pleasures, the peanut butter cup 🥜 a valrhona dulcey caramelised white chocolate shell has a layer of gooey caramel, peanut butter ganache and caramelised peanuts, plus a decent bit of flaky salt to balance all the sweetness.

each egg is 13cm tall and 8.5cm at the widest point.

ALLERGENS:Needless to say this is not appropriate if you have a nut allergy! But it is egg free (ironically!), gluten free friendly and gelatine free. Please remember all eggs are made in a kitchen that handles gluten and other allergens, and I can not guarantee a total lack of cross contamination (although I promise I do my best)

COLLECTION INFORMATION: Eggs are available for collection only between 9-10:30am Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th March from Sugar Flour. Orders are non refundable should you fail to collect them. Any uncollected orders will be donated to a charity of my choosing. You will not receive a reminder to collect your order, so write yourself a note in the diary, set a calendar reminder, or do whatever you need to do so you get your tasty treat! (I’ve have a 100% collection rate recently so I believe in you guys )
