In person class - Black Forest lamington - 8/3

 

In this class you’ll learn how to make Black Forest lamingtons. A light chocolate sponge sandwiches a sour cherry compote, kirsch whipped ganache, chocolate shell and crystalised chocolate crumble.

This class contains gluten, dairy, alcohol and egg. It is nut and gelatine free and can be made alcohol and gluten free upon prior request.

You will not receive a booking reminder. Please note down the date and time of your class - unattended classes are non refundable.

Location: 7A Stewart Drive, Newlands - Parking available in the community car park, entrance off Batchelor street

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
