In this class you’ll learn to make 4 cappuccino petits gateaux. Composed of a coffee cake, coffee mousse, milk mousse, coffee praline and chocolate shell.
you can’t see the coffee praline in the cut shot, so just pretend it’s in there!
This class contains gluten, dairy, egg and gelatine. It can be made gluten free upon prior request.
You will not receive a booking reminder. Please note down the date and time of your class - unattended classes are non refundable.
