In person class - chocolate tarts- 2/5
In this class you’ll learn how to make 4 chocolate tarts, composed of a cocoa pastry shell, chocolate cake, chocolate ganache, cocoa crumble and whipped chocolate ganache, all using (if supply allows me to) hukambi dark milk chocolate.
This class contains gluten, dairy and egg. It is nut and gelatine free and can be made gluten free upon PRIOR request.
You will not receive a booking reminder. Please note down the date and time of your class - unattended classes are non refundable.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
