In person class - Christmas cookie box- 7/12

In this class you’ll learn to make the most delicious Christmas cookie box. You’ll make triple ginger biscotti, pfeffernusse kisses with brown butter buttercream and fruitcake cookies.

This class contains gluten, dairy and egg. It is nut free and gelatine free. It contains alcohol (a small amount of brandy in the fruitcake cookies) please let me know IN ADVANCE if you’d like the class to be alcohol free.

You will not receive a booking reminder. Please note down the date and time of your class - unattended classes are non refundable.

Location: 7A Stewart Drive, Newlands - Parking available in the community car park, entrance off Batchelor street

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
