In person class - citrus chiffon - 4/7

 

In this class you’ll learn to make one 14cm citrus cake that feeds 4-6 people, composed of two layers of brown sugar lime chiffon, bergamot cremeux, vanilla creme, fresh citrus fruits (no grapefruit don’t worry!) and bergamot jelly.

this class contains dairy, egg, gluten and gelatine. It can be made gluten free and egg free upon prior request

Location: 7A Stewart Drive, Newlands - Parking available in the community car park, entrance off Batchelor street

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
