In this class you’ll make 4 kouign amann - a caramelised croissant style pastry, topped with caramelised onions, crème fraiche, roasted shallot (or red onion depending on what’s available) and chives.
This class contains gluten and dairy.
You will not receive a booking reminder. Please note down the date and time of your class - unattended classes are non refundable.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
