In person class - peach churros - 15/3

 

In this class you’ll learn how to make a plated dessert of churros coated in a vanilla sugar with a peach gel, poached peaches, fresh peaches and a vanilla gelato (the gelato will be made for you to take home with you! But I will show you how to make it)

this class contains gluten and dairy. It is nut, gelatine and egg free. This class also involves deep frying.

You will not receive a booking reminder. Please note down the date and time of your class - unattended classes are non refundable.

Location: 7A Stewart Drive, Newlands - Parking available in the community car park, entrance off Batchelor street

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
