In person class - Squiggles Petit Gateau - 28/3

 

In this class you’ll learn how to make 4 petits gateaux inspired by the classic squiggles biscuit, composed of a chocolate panna cotta, Hokey Pokey mousse, Hokey Pokey crunch, chocolate cake and milk chocolate shell.

This class contains gluten, dairy, egg and gelatine. It can be made gluten free upon prior request.

You will not receive a booking reminder. Please note down the date and time of your class - unattended classes are non refundable.

Location: 7A Stewart Drive, Newlands - Parking available in the community car park, entrance off Batchelor street

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
