In person class - stone fruit* honey toast - 22/3

 

The In this class you’ll learn how to make tanzhong honey toast using seasonal fruit (I’m hoping it will be stone fruit, as apricots are my favourite for this, but March is the end of season so the fruit used will reflect what is available. If you have any fruit allergies please let me know so I don’t use anything you’re allergic to!).

You’ll make a loaf of Tanzhong milk bread, and you’ll make 6 honey toast pastries, with a juniper cream, apricot compote, poached apricots and fresh apricots.

This class contains gluten, dairy and egg. It is nut and gelatine free.

You will not receive a booking reminder. Please note down the date and time of your class - unattended classes are non refundable.

Location: 7A Stewart Drive, Newlands - Parking available in the community car park, entrance off Batchelor street

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
