In person class - Yuzucello tart - 25/4

 

In this class you will learn how to make 4 Yuzucello tarts, composed of a sweet pastry shell, yuzu cake, yuzu limoncello marmalade, yuzu limoncello cremeux, fluffy meringue and fresh citrus zest

This class contains gluten, dairy, egg, gelatine and alcohol. It can be made gluten free and alcohol free upon PRIOR REQUEST (please let me know BEFORE the day of the class so I can organise ingredients correctly)

You will not receive a booking reminder. Please note down the date and time of your class - unattended classes are non refundable.

Location: 7A Stewart Drive, Newlands - Parking available in the community car park, entrance off Batchelor street

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
