On a vineyard at the isolated Eastern end of the island, a man laboured tirelessly to build his dream – green grafting vines to create an extraordinary Syrah. Today, his legacy lives on in The Grafter.

Aged in french oak barrels for 10 months, The Grafter can be enjoyed in its youth, and will continue to improve over time with careful cellaring.
