Handcrafted, and naturally dry aged the traditional way, Gathered Game makes award winning venison salami in Lumsden. All the venison is 100% wild, gathered from across New Zealand’s beautiful landscapes. This artisan salami comes sliced or as deer sticks, with a choice of seasoning; from garlic pepper to smoked paprika.

Ingredients: wild venison (80%), free range pork fat, seasoning, garlic, starter culture, nitrate, natural casings. Gluten and dairy free. 100g vacuum pack doesn’t need to be refrigerated until opened.
