Organoleptic Analysis: Golden yellow colour. Powerful, complex nose revealing a mature wine. Dominant tertiary aromas with notes of brioche, honey, biscuit, cooked pear and a touch of cinnamon and liquorice. Full-bodied mouthfeel with a lot of presence and perfect balance.

Wine & Food Pairing: Turkey with chestnuts, scallops with truffle polenta.
