Matured for 16 years in an ex-hogshead cask from Glen Elgin, carrying a signature flavour of delicately floral beeswax, ginger and fruit. Notes of honeycomb, citrus and apricot joins vanilla cream, nougat and pickled ginger. A delicate white pepper spicyness and strongly brewed tea lifts through the finish.

Matured for 13 years in a refill ex-Oloroso sherry hogshead, this Glen Elgin was selected by Adelphi for its vibrant and viscous profile, carrying fragrant iced peach tea, strawberry jam and a delicate floral quality. On the palate, a sweet and very smooth mouthfeel carries subtle spices of cardamom and chilli, finishing nutty and then more juicy peach.

Created from a batch of just 5 refill ex-sherry butts, this Glen Elgin shows a delicate pear juice and appletiser flavour, with a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg. Crisp pink lady apples build with a background of milk chocolate, with lashings of pear Eau de Vie drizzled over flaky pastry, and a light lemon-oil citric flavour to finish.
