A historic release for both Adelphi and the Isle of Harris, this marks their first ever independent bottling from the distillery. A classic dunnage warehouse aroma, with the breath of the sea imparting its maritime life into the whisky, evoking oyster shells and seaweed. To taste, savoury and maritime - smoked mackerel, langoustines dipped in herbal, melted butter. The finish carries a flash of lemon and a long, silky elegance.
